Grant also serves as the Chair of the Electrical Contractors Board for Montgomery County, Maryland, and is a Master Electrician in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

Todd Grantham

Vice-President

Through critical focus and job site training, Todd provides quality management expertise to ensure the high-value proposition provided by Got Electric is constant throughout the company employees, teaming partners, and subcontractors. Todd further supports project construction teams with a direct approach to problem-solving to overcome challenges experienced throughout the construction lifecycle.

Andy Hershberger

Director of Virginia Operations

Andy holds individual projects and portfolios with over 55 million dollars. This project experience includes over 150MW of solar energy across the United States for institutional, federal, and fund-based Investors. Andy’s expertise includes Senior Project and Engineering Management, Project Scaling, Construction Quality Control Management, and Program and Project Contract Deployment.

Stacie Kessler

Director of Maryland Operations

Stacie provides critical support to the management operations of the company and directly oversees the administrative team to ensure the company exceeds requirements for all regulatory agencies and compliance requests. Stacie further supports Got Electrics operations in mandatory insurance, bonding requirements, and business and professional licenses, ensuring all projects are seamless through the contract lifecycle.

Deborah McCrossin

Director of Project Delivery

Deborah McCrossin has over 20 years of experience in Construction Administration and Project Management and proven team and project management skills for commercial construction projects. Ms. McCrossin brings strong ability in training, team building, and management. Ms. McCrossin’s experience includes proposal and design management, engineering management, project management, budgeting, process improvement, and training.
