Subject: Consistently Excellent Service!

My husband found your service online a few years ago when we needed a rather large job done outside our home. You did such an exceptional job for us that we have used you 3 other times and plan to use you exclusively whenever we need any type of electrical work in our home.

One reason for this is your amazingly efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and responsive crew. Beginning with Alan who has been on the other end of the line to take my anxious calls and has responded quickly to any SOS messages left after hours. We had a problem around Christmas that impacted our kitchen lighting and you came out on Christmas Eve to fix it for us thanks to Alan’s responsiveness and scheduling.

The other very important reason for repeatedly using GOT is the crew we have been blessed to have each time-Gabriel and Carl. They are so calm, knowledgeable beyond what we would expect in electricians, respectful of all our questions (no question is stupid!), patient, efficient and they do excellent work. What a team they are!

And importantly for me, they are immaculate!

They came today and did a good bit of work and put a mat down in our foyer in front of the door, they had their own trash bag and picked up everything, and put clean sheeting down to cover things in the hallway closet access to our attic! We ask for this team whenever we call and they have never disappointed but repeatedly amazed each time out.

We appreciate Alan, Gabriel and Carl’s attitude, competence and work ethic so much that we felt it necessary to take the time to send this email.

Plan to use them again for sure!”

Comments: If I had another electrical project, I would rehire in a heartbeat. Jason and Matt arrived promptly at the time agreed upon and were very nice and professional. They were also very patient and kind to my 5 year old son who was interested in the whole project. Also, they did not dally to run up the time and, in fact, were so efficient that they were under time. Also, I spoke with Alan, and he did a wonderful job of explaining their fees (which I think were reasonable) and explaining the best and worst potential outcomes.
