Welcome to Got Electric’s “Boosting the Hawks, Powered by Got Electric” campaign. By participating in or accessing information related to this program on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview
   Got Electric, LLC (“Got Electric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is proud to support the Urbana High School (UHS) Athletic Boosters through a donation match program. Through this initiative:
   Got Electric will match client donations made directly to UHS Athletic Boosters up to a total of $20,000 from April 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
   A 5% discount (up to a maximum of $250) will be offered to active UHS Athletic Boosters members on eligible services.
   This page provides information on how to donate and participate in the matching program. Got Electric is not responsible for collecting, managing, or distributing donation funds—all contributions are made directly to UHS Athletic Boosters.
2. Role of Got Electric
   Got Electric serves as a donation match provider only and does not operate, control, or oversee the UHS Athletic Boosters’ donation platform.
   All donations must be made through the designated UHS Athletic Boosters collection site or by check payable to UHS Athletic Boosters (for donations over $500).
   Got Electric will process donation matches quarterly based on verified contributions made by our clients.
3. Donation Matching Terms
   Got Electric will match donations from clients made to UHS Athletic Boosters on a one-to-one basis, subject to a total maximum match of $20,000 for the campaign duration.
   The maximum match per client donation is $500 unless otherwise agreed.
   Got Electric reserves the right to verify donation amounts before issuing matching funds.
   Donation matches will be paid directly to UHS Athletic Boosters in quarterly disbursements (April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1, 2026).
   If the $20,000 maximum is reached before December 31, 2025, the match program will conclude early.
4. Discount Terms for Booster Club Members
   Active members of the UHS Athletic Boosters are eligible for a 5% discount (maximum of $250) on Got Electric services.
   Membership will be verified monthly by UHS Athletic Boosters, which will provide a list of active members’ first and last names.
   The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
   This discount offer is valid only during the program period and may be discontinued at Got Electric’s discretion.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
   Got Electric does not collect or store donation payment information—all transactions are processed directly through UHS Athletic Boosters.
   For discount verification, UHS Athletic Boosters will provide first and last names of active members only; no other personal information (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers) will be shared.
   Got Electric will use this membership information solely for discount eligibility verification and will not use it for marketing or any other purposes.
6. Limitations and Disclaimers
   No Endorsement or Partnership: This campaign is an independent initiative by Got Electric to support the UHS Athletic Boosters. We do not control or manage UHS Athletic Boosters’ operations, finances, or fundraising efforts.
   No Guarantee of Match Availability: The match program is subject to funding availability and may end before the scheduled date if the $20,000 limit is reached.
   No Tax Advice: Got Electric does not provide tax advice regarding donations. Clients should consult a tax professional regarding tax-deductibility of their contributions.
   Liability Disclaimer: Got Electric is not responsible for the security, processing, or delivery of donations made through the UHS Athletic Boosters’ website or by check. Any issues related to donation processing should be directed to UHS Athletic Boosters.
7. Changes and Termination
   Got Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time with or without prior notice.
   Any updates to these terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
